▪ During my tenure I gathered practical experience and did various operations and conducted deliveries independently.
▪ Labour Room Duties (conducting vaginal deliveries, operative deliveries, management of eclampsia, APH, molar pregnancy, ectopic pregnancies, PPH, etc.)
▪ Performing Caesarean sections, Laparotomies, emergency hysterectomies.
▪ Minor Operational procedures like: ERPC, Dilatation/Evacuation, Suction/Evacuation, MTP, cervical biopsy, endometrial biopsy, IUCD insertion, Ligation (minilap, laparoscopic), secondary suturing, diagnostic laparoscopy.
▪ Major surgeries like TAH ± BSO, NDVH, VH + PFR, Fothergills operation, Recanalisation, myomectomy, Purandare’s sling operation, radical hysterectomies, staging laparotomies, vulvectomy, laparoscopic hysterectomy, laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy, ovarian drilling, adhesiolysis.

OTHER ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES

▪ Completed thesis in “A RANDOMIZED CASE CONTROL STUDY TO EVALUATE THE EFFECTS OF STATINS IN WOMEN SUFFERING FROM POLYCYSTIC OVARIAN SYNDROME” under Professor Tarasankar Bag, Medical College Kolkata.
