Special Case
27yr female with acute pain abdomen for 2days. Admitted. Pregnancy test positive USG showed mild to moderate fluid in abdomen.
Haemoglobin was decreasing. Decided to do diagnostic laparoscopy. After entering into the a dome there was approx 1 lit blood inside. Continuous bleeding from right ovarian cyst. Cauterisation and biopsy done.
